½ cup butter
1 cup brown sugar
½ cup milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Combine in sauce pan; bring to rolling boil over medium heat. Cool. Serve with Apple Cake (on individual slices or pour over cake). Also good on ice cream (and anything else you can think of).
